Strategic Focus

We bring a strategic business focus that balances your long-term objectives with your short-term goals. We are happy for our work to be the sole criterion as to whether our services continue to be required.

From our offices in Auckland and New Plymouth, specialist consultants are available on a 24/7 basis to provide immediate service, whether by site attendance or remotely.

Our philosophy is that organisational performance will only be enhanced if staff are committed to organisational goals. Strategies must engender staff commitment to their organisation. We do not promote “off-the-shelf” product. On the contrary, we believe our market is specialised and develop, from first principles, innovative approaches to domestic circumstances. We have access to international best practice and continually update our knowledge.

We will listen to your thoughts and ideas. Our view is that our involvement is not justified unless we can contribute a high percentage of any solution through our own ideas. We will robustly justify our recommended course of action in any situation and challenge views with which we disagree.

Working Relationship

We are a small, flexible organisation not bound by unnecessary systems or inflexible methodologies. Our objective is to understand what you need quickly and get on with it, rather than get bogged down in writing a complex brief to protect our interest. We will provide written reports with whatever frequency you require, but there must be a balance between the extent of reporting and the cost. With experience we have developed the judgement to know when to liaise and report. We are proactive and will provide timely advice and reports without direct instruction. Our commercial terms are straightforward with an itemised invoice based on time involved, or agreed price.
